As Treasurer I have always strived to bring the highest quality of work and service to my office in the most efficient manner possible. I hope to bring this same can-do attitude in serving all the departments in the County. It is my intention to provide a listening ear and be a voice for all common-sense initiatives that will provide improved services and lower costs.
Growing up in Carpentersville, I graduated from Dundee-Crown High School and served both in the Army and Army Reserve. As a beneficiary of the G.I. bill, I was able to afford the expense of going to college. First, I attended Elgin Community College and earned my Associate’s Degree. From there, I pursued my bachelor’s degree in Finance at Northern Illinois University and was eventually able to complete my education with a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University. I have served as the Kane County Treasurer for the past twenty years. These experiences have qualified me for the duties of the Kane County Board Chairman.
